We strive to move healthcare equity forward by providing mentoring and support to aspiring physicians, medical school students, residents, and full time healthcare providers. We believe that it is important to help close both the opportunity gap and the diversity disparities that exist in the healthcare profession and in communities throughout the world.

Our Story

Palante Healthcare was started to address the physician shortage in the Southwestern US.  We have since began to expand our reach to both urban and rural areas throughout the US. We strive to serve the short and long term staffing needs of our client facilities. We also strive to be the preferred permanent placement and locum tenens company for healthcare providers.

As founder and CEO of Palante Healthcare, Dr. Jeron Campbell is responsible for all aspects of the company, including strategy, operations, and sales. Jeron has developed and implemented the goals and policies of Palante to reflect the current and growing need for equity in access to quality healthcare. He strives to maintain a level of integrity and service that will lead Palante the staffing company of choice for healthcare providers and clients.

Jeron is a Detroit native whose background includes a decade of engineering at Chrysler and Ford, in several design and manufacturing facilities. He has also held senior leadership team positions, in the areas of Data, Accountability, and Technology, for several urban school districts. Always looking to support students in their academics, Jeron voluntarily leads a 501c3 nonprofit that has offered ACT/SAT Preparation, English and Math courses to youth for over 15 years.
